Growing with love,
one day at a time.
A beautiful, calm place for Jyothsna to choose what she needs, follow her doctor’s plan and feel supported through every week.

What do you need today?
Choose one place to begin. Nothing has to be completed in order.
Your choice is remembered only on this device. You can choose something different at any time.
Small things are enough.
Familiar food, thoughtfully balanced.
Freshly cooked choices built around local grains, pulses, groundnuts, vegetables and safe dairy.
2–3 idlis, vegetable sambar and one egg cooked until firm
Washed guava, orange, mosambi or banana—not juice
Rice, kandi pappu, cooked greens, curd and home-cooked chicken kura with no pink meat
Cooked ragi malt with pasteurised milk, or roasted chana with buttermilk
Jowar roti, vegetables and fully cooked lower-mercury fish approved by her doctor; chicken is an easy swap
This is a sample, not a prescription. Cook eggs, chicken, meat and fish thoroughly; keep raw and cooked foods separate. Ask her doctor which locally available lower-mercury fish and portion frequency suit her. Adjust everything for diabetes, anaemia, thyroid disease, vomiting or allergies.
What matters now.
Gentle nourishment & reassurance
Nausea and food aversions can still be strong. Small, frequent meals are often easier than large plates.
